Working Principle:

The machine makes roller to rotate continuously under the effect of motor, triangular belt wheel, speed reducer transmission, eccentric crank shaft and lifting rack.Material does continuous movement and be pushed into the screen by roller.The production capacity of the material depends on moisture, type and viscosity of materials and the difference of mesh.The machine can make different kinds of granule.

Product application

This machine is a special granulator that makes wet powder mixture go through the screen compulsively under the positive and negative rotation of the roller. The machine is widely used to granulate in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industry etc. After drying it can be used to suppress to different kinds of products. The machine can also be used for crushing agglomerate material.
